CAT, or Computer Aided Translation, is a form of translation where the professional translator (and not a machine!) uses software applications specifically developed to facilitate and improve on the translation process.
This technology based on the use of translation memories and on the generation of glossaries, allows the distribution of work among several translators, obtaining homogeneous, specific, and quality controlled documentation in several languages.
For many years now we have been utilizing computer aided translation technologies such as Trados and Visual TranMate which help maintain high quality standards while reducing delivery times and costs.
From the use of CAT, we have achieved below goals.
REDUCING TRANSLATION LEAD TIMES AND COSTS
REDUCING DTP LEAD TIMES AND COSTS
